Local Shipment
We provide free shipping for any order USD100 or above within Malaysia.
International Shipment
We accept international orders. Recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. Due to the charges are vary according to the country policy, we are unable to determine the fee in advance for every international buyer. You may seek advice from local customs office before check out the items.
Pre-order item will ship out within 2-3 weeks upon receiving the order.

return policy
Products can be exchanged within 5 days after receiving, exchange your item for a different size or a replacement for a wrong or defective item received.
Product can be exchanged only in the new and original condition (unused and unwashed). Under these circumstances, goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable. Such as missing label, damage due to improper care or negligence.
In the return and exchange event, postage fee will be borne by the customer.
Return & exchange arrangement will take up to 15 business days upon receiving the item from the customer.
Customer can exchange item that is equivalent or lower in value only. The difference will not be returned if the price of exchanged item is lower than the original.
